PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Ameren Missouri
Large Load Customer Rate Plan

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) has set an intervention deadline in a Large Load Customer Rate Plan request filed by Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri. On May 14, 2025, Ameren Missouri filed an application and supporting testimony requesting approval of a Large Load Customer Rate Plan and associated tariffs, a variance, and authorization to track program revenues.

The Large Load Customer Rate Plan will apply to customers with loads of 100 megawatts or more, to be served at a transmission voltage of at least 115 kilovolts. In addition, the application requests to make available a number of new programs to serve large load customers including a Renewable Solutions Program, a Nuclear Energy Credits Program, a Clean Capacity Advancement Program, and a Clean Energy Choice Program.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than June 12, 2025, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Mo. 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.
