PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in
Ameren Missouri CCN Request in Callaway County
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) set an intervention deadline of
September 19, 2025, in an application filed by the Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri requesting a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) to construct, install, own, operate, maintain and otherwise control and manage an electric generating facility to be constructed in Callaway County, Missouri.
On August 29, 2025, an application was filed with the PSC seeking an order granting a CCN authorizing a 250-megawatt (MW) solar generation facility in Callaway County, Missouri (the Reform Solar Project), including a 345 kV switching station (the Odyssey Switching Station) to which the Reform Solar Project will connect to the existing 345 kV transmission system. Ameren Missouri is requesting Commission approval of the proposed facilities by March of 2026.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Mo. 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at
