PSC Sets Intervention Deadline
in Ameren Transmission Company of Illinois CCN Case for Perry County
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) has set an intervention deadline in an application by Ameren Transmission Company of Illinois (ATXI) seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) authorizing ATXI to construct, install, own, operate, maintain, and otherwise control transmission investments in Perry County, Mo.
ATXI is seeking PSC approval for a CCN authorizing the construction, installation, ownership, operations, maintenance, and to control and manage an approximately four-mile 138 kV transmission line and associated facilities in Perry County.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than
May 16, 2025, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Mo. 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at
psc.mo.gov.
