PSC Sets Intervention Deadine In Electric Case
JEFFERSON CITY---Kansas City Power & Light Company and KCP&L Greater Missouri Operations Company have filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking an accounting authority order that would allow the companies to undertake certain accounting procedures in connection with transmission costs associated with the Southwest Power Pool and other providers of transmission services.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than October 2, 2013,
with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102 or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov
