PSC Sets Hearing Schedule in Acquisition Case Filed by
Invenergy Transmission and Grain Belt Express Clean Line
JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold formal evidentiary hearings in April in an acquisition case filed by Invenergy Transmission, LLC, on behalf of itself and its parent company Invenergy Investment Company, as well as Grain Belt Clean Line, LLC, on behalf of its parent company Grain Belt Express Holding LLC.
The joint applicants seek Commission approval of a transaction whereby Invenergy Transmission will acquire ownership of Grain Belt Express Clean Line.
Formal evidentiary hearings will be held April 23-24, 2019, in Room 310 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, Jefferson City, Missouri. These hearings will be streamed live on the Commission’s website (psc.mo.gov).
These hearings will be held in a building that meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
