PSC Sets Hearing Schedule in Ameren Case
Regarding Construction of Renewable Generation Facilities
JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission is scheduled to hold hearings in
mid-February in a case filed by Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri which seeks certificates of convenience and necessity (CCNs) authorizing Ameren Missouri to construct, install, own, operate, maintain and otherwise control and manage: (1) a 300 megawatt (MW) solar generation facility to be constructed in Warren County, Missouri (Split Rail Solar Project); (2) a 150 MW solar generation facility to be constructed in Cass County, Illinois (Cass County Solar Project); (3) a 50 MW solar generation facility to be constructed in Audrain County, Missouri (Vandalia Solar Project); and (4) a 50 MW solar generation facility to be constructed in Pike County, Missouri (Bowling Green Solar Project).
Hearings are scheduled for February 13-15, 2024 in Room 310 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, in Jefferson City. The Governor Office Building meets the accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
