PSC Modifies Hearing Schedule In KCPL-GMO Request
JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold formal evidentiary hearings on October 17-18, 2019 in a case filed by KCP&L Greater Missouri Operations Company (GMO) which seeks Commission approval of a special incremental load rate for a steel production facility (Nucor) in Sedalia, Missouri. Hearings were originally scheduled for October 3-4, 2019. The Commission has modified the hearing schedule, granting a motion filed in the case.
Hearings will be held in Room 310 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, in Jefferson City, Missouri. These hearings will be held in a building that meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
