JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---The Empire District Electric Company d/b/a Liberty and Ozark Electric Cooperative have filed a joint application seeking approval of Addendum No. 1 to the Third Territorial Agreement designating certain boundaries of their exclusive service areas located within Christian County, Mo. The applicants entered into a Third Territorial Agreement approved by the Commission Aug. 30, 2019.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than April 11, 2025, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.
