Hearing Schedule Set in ATXI Case

JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold formal evidentiary hearings on June 27, 2022 and June 30, 2022, in a case filed by Ameren Transmission Company of Illinois (ATXI) which seeks a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) authorizing ATXI to construct, own, operate and maintain certain transmission facilities in, around and between the cities of New Madrid and Sikeston, Missouri.

ATXI states the requested CCN and related approvals will enable it to participate in a collaborative effort among ATXI, New Madrid, Sikeston (including the Sikeston Board of Municipal Utilities) and the Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission.

These hearings will be held in Room 310 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, in Jefferson City. This building meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
