Hearing Schedule Modified In Ameren Missouri Case
JEFFERSON CITY—The Missouri Public Service Commission has modified the hearing schedule in a case filed by Ameren Missouri based upon a motion filed by the Labadie Environmental Organization (LEO) and the Sierra Club.
In January, Ameren Missouri filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity from the Commission to expand the boundaries of its Labadie Energy Center to permit the construction and operation of a utility waste landfill.
Hearings, originally scheduled for October 15-17, 2013, are now scheduled to be held November 12-14, 2013. These hearings will be held in Room 310 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street in Jefferson City.
On September 19, 2013, LEO and the Sierra Club asked the Commission to postpone the hearings until November 12-14, 2013, to allow parties more time to review testimony filed on September 13. No party in the case opposed the motion.
