JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.---Four investor-owned utilities have filed their 2024 Renewable Energy Standard (RES) Compliance Report and 2025 RES Compliance Plan with the Missouri Public Service Commission.
Evergy Missouri West, Inc. d/b/a Evergy Missouri West, Evergy Missouri Metro, Inc. d/b/a Evergy Metro, Union Electric Company d/b/a/ Ameren Missouri and The Empire District Electric Company d/b/a Liberty filed reports on April 15, 2025.
In each case, the Public Service Commission Staff has been directed to file a report regarding the 2024 RES Compliance Report and 2025 RES Compliance Plan no later than May 30, 2025. Any other interested persons or entities has until May 30, 2025, to file any comments.
