ORDER RECOGNIZING NAME CHANGE AND APPROVING TARIFF

On October 14, 2014, Cbeyond Communications, LLC requested that the Missouri Public Service Commission recognize a name change from Cbeyond Communications, LLC to Cbeyond Communications, LLC d/b/a Birch. The company filed tariff sheets incorporating the new name with an effective date of November 14, 2014.
The Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission filed a recommendation on October 24, 2014. Staff recommends that the Commission recognize the new name. Staff states that the Company’s application complies with the filing requirements in Rule 4 CSR 240-2.062, no entities intervened to oppose the name change, and the filed tariff adoption notices are compliant with Commission rules.
The Commission has reviewed the application and Staff's recommendation. The Commission finds that the name change shall be recognized and the tariff sheets shall be approved.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The Commission recognizes the name change from Cbeyond Communications, LLC to Cbeyond Communications, LLC d/b/a Birch.
2. Tariff No. JC-2015-0152 filed on October 14, 2014, is approved for service on and after November 14, 2014. The tariff sheets approved are:

3. This order shall become effective on November 14, 2014.
4. This case may be closed on November 15, 2014.
