GRANTING LEAVE TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL

On January 13, 2014, Paul Boudreau of BRYDON, SWEARENGEN & ENGLAND PC filed a 60-day notice of intended case filing on behalf of Grain Belt Express Clean Line LLC. Subsequently, on February 25, Karl Zobrist, Lisa Gilbreath and Andrew Zellers of Dentons US LLP, filed an entry of appearance on behalf of Grain Belt. On the same date, Boudreau filed a notice indicating his withdrawal as counsel for Grain Belt.
Commission rule 4 CSR 240-2.040(6) provides that an attorney may withdraw from a case before the Commission only by leave of the Commission. The Commission will treat Mr. Boudreau’s notice as a request for leave to withdraw and will grant that request.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Paul Boudreau’s request for leave to withdraw as counsel for Grain Belt Express Clean Line LLC is granted.
2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
