FIRST ORDER SUPPLEMENTING RECORD

The Missouri Public Service Commission is entering into evidence Applicant’s Supplemental Filing and attachments (together, “motion”).[1] The motion seeks to enter into evidence information on the final route for the proposed Sibley-Nebraska transmission line. No party filed a response within the time allowed by regulation.[2] Therefore, the Commission will grant the motion and admit the information into evidence as Applicants’ Exhibit No. 17.

 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.     The motion, as described in the body of this order, is admitted into evidence. 

2.     The Applicant’s Supplemental Filing and attachments are admitted into evidence as described in the body of this order.

3.     This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
