ORDER
DIRECTING NOTICE

On June 20, 2013, the Staff of the
Missouri Public Service Commission filed a motion requesting AT&T
Communications of the Southwest, Inc., d/b/a SmarTalk’s (“SmarTalk”)
certificate of service authority and associated tariff to provide interexchange
telecommunication services in the State of Missouri be cancelled. The Commission granted SmarTalk a certificate
of service authority to provide intrastate interexchange telecommunication
services in the State of Missouri and approved the associated tariff in File No.
TN-2007-0135.
The Commission need not hold a
hearing, if, after proper notice and opportunity to intervene, no party
requests such a hearing.[1] Therefore, if no request for a hearing or
objection to Staff’s motion is received, the Commission may cancel the
certificate based on Staff’s motion.
The
Commission finds that proper persons shall be allowed 10 days from the issuance
of this order to file a motion for hearing.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Any party wishing to file an objection or
request a hearing shall do so by filing a pleading no later than July 8, 2013,
with:

2. This order shall become effective upon
