ORDER DIRECTING
NOTICE

On May 17, 2013, the Staff of the
Missouri Public Service Commission filed a motion requesting CLEC, Inc. (“CLEC”)
certificate of service authority to provide basic local telecommunications
services, non-switched local exchange telecommunications services restricted to
dedicated private line services, and interexchange telecommunication service in
the State of Missouri be cancelled. The
Commission granted CLEC a certificate of service authority to provide basic
local telecommunications services, non-switched local exchange
telecommunications services restricted to dedicated private line services, and interexchange
telecommunication service in the State of Missouri in File Number LA-2006-0274.
The Commission need not hold a
hearing, if, after proper notice and opportunity to intervene, no party
requests such a hearing.[1] Therefore, if no request for a hearing or
objection to Staff’s motion is received, the Commission may cancel the
certificate based on Staff’s motion.
The
Commission finds that proper persons shall be allowed 10 days from the issuance
of this order to file a motion for hearing.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Any party wishing to file an objection or
request a hearing shall do so by filing a pleading no later than May 28, 2013,
with:

2. This order shall become effective upon
