ORDER ADOPTING RECOMMENDED ORDER GRANTING

SUMMARY DETERMINATION

 

Issue Date:  March 20, 2013                                      Effective Date:  April 19, 2013

 

 

On September 24, 2012, Unice Harris filed a complaint with the Missouri Public Service Commission (“Commission”) against Southern Union Company d/b/a Missouri Gas Energy (“MGE”).  On January 28, 2013, MGE filed a Motion for Summary Determination and Memorandum of Law in Support Thereof, alleging that there are no disputed material facts and that MGE has acted in accordance with its tariffs and Commission rules.  On March 7, 2013, the regulatory law judge issued a Recommended Order Granting Summary Determination effective on April 19, 2013 by delegation of authority.[1]  Ms. Harris did not file any comments opposing the recommended order.  Based on the Commission’s independent and impartial review of the record, the Commission will approve and adopt the Recommended Order Granting Summary Determination without further hearing.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               The Recommended Order Granting Summary Determination issued on March 7, 2013 is approved and adopted based on the existing record without further hearing.

2.               This order is effective on April 19, 2013.

3.               This file shall be closed on April 20, 2013.
