November 14, 2013, the Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission filed a Motion to Cancel Certificates of Service
Authority and Associated Tariff. On January 27, 2014, Staff filed a Withdrawal of Motion to Cancel Certificate
and Associated Tariff.
Commission
Rule 4 CSR 240-2.116(1) states that a party may dismiss a complaint without an
order of the Commission at any time before prepared testimony or oral evidence
has been offered. Since no prepared testimony or oral evidence was offered, the
Commission will take notice of the dismissal. The Commission does not need to
take any further action at this time and this file shall be closed.
