NOTICE OF STAY

Issue Date:  October 16, 2013

On August 13, 2013, the above-named Complainant filed a complaint with the Missouri Public Service Commission against Ameren Missouri.  The company has filed its answer and on September 27, the Staff of the Commission filed its recommendation.  Staff informs the Commission that because Complainant has filed for bankruptcy in the Eastern District of Missouri, this complaint must be stayed.[1]  No party has responded to Staff’s recommendation.

The Commission understands that Complainant filed for bankruptcy protection on August 12, 2013[2] and that the case is awaiting discharge.  The parties are therefore notified that this case will be stayed until the bankruptcy is discharged.
