Video Service Franchise

The 2007 Video Services Providers Act (SB 284) took effect August 28, 2007 and authorizes state-issued video service franchising. In order to receive a video service authorization providers will need to submit an application to the Commission and the Commission must approve that application within 30 days.

How Do I File a Video Service Franchise Application?


      An example of an application filed by a provider seeking initial video service authorization from the Missouri Commission.



     An example of a Notice of Change Application filed by a provider who has already been granted video service authorization by the Missouri Commission but simply desires to expand the authorized territory for providing video service.
