The Commission wants to determine the potential impact on Missouri's electric utilities' electric generation plants of current and future EPA rules under the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts. Case No. EW-2012-0065


ElectricityRenewable Energy Standard Law

The Commission’s renewable energy standards rules (4 CSR 240-20.100 and 4 CSR 240-3.156) have been in effect for approximately 6 months. The Commission wishes to draw on the experience gained regarding the operation of those rules to consider ways in which the rules might be improved. Case No. EW-2012-0255
