PR-12-62 -- PSC Sets Intervention Deadline In Ameren Missouri Case

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- NOVEMBER 16, 2011

JEFFERSON CITY---Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri has filed a request with the Missouri Public Service Commission for a waiver from a portion of the Commission’s Renewable Energy Standard Rules. The rule requires that certain information be required about and from Ameren’s sources of renewable Energy Credits. Specifically, Ameren requests a waiver of these rules when the source is an Ameren customer or one that is registered in another renewable energy registry.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than December 5, 2011, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102 or by entry into the Commission’s electronic filing and information system (EFIS).
