PR-12-32 -- PSC Sets Intervention Deadline In Electric Territorial Agreement Case

JEFFERSON CITY---Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri and Cuivre River Electric Cooperative have filed a joint application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking an addendum to two existing territorial agreements.
The application seeks approval of an addendum to current territorial agreements between the two electric service providers to allow a residence and a shop building currently under construction on Carter Road in Moscow Mills, Missouri, to receive electric service from Ameren Missouri even though both structures are located within Cuivre River Electric Cooperative’s exclusive service area.
The Commission previously approved territorial agreements between Cuivre River Electric Cooperative and Ameren Missouri which designated the exclusive service areas for each for new structures in St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren counties.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than October 13, 2011, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102.
