FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- OCTOBER 27, 2009

JEFFERSON CITY---The City of St. Robert, Missouri and Laclede Electric Cooperative have filed a joint application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission approval of a territorial agreement between the two entities. 

The territorial agreement designates the boundaries of each electric service supplier for new structures within a portion of the Woodland Hills Redevelopment Area of St. Robert, Missouri.  According to the application, the territorial agreement does not require the transfer of any facilities or customers.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than November 25, 2009, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360.
