FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- JANUARY 7, 2010

JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission has approved an electric territorial agreement between the City of St. Robert, Missouri and Laclede Electric Cooperative.  The agreement designates the boundaries of each electric service supplier for new structures within a portion of the Woodland Hills Redevelopment Area of St. Robert, Missouri.  The joint applicants stated the agreement will not require the transfer of any facilities or customers.

On December 16, 2009, the Public Service Commission staff filed its recommendation in favor of the request.

Upon review of the information filed in this case, the Commission has approved the request concluding that approval of the agreement in total is not detrimental to the public interest.
