FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- JANUARY 7, 2010

JEFFERSON CITY---Due to the weather, the Missouri Public Service Commission has canceled local public hearings scheduled for today in an electric rate case filed by Union Electric Company d/b/a AmerenUE. 

These local public hearings were scheduled for today in Moberly and Mexico and tonight in Kirksville.

These local public hearings will be re-scheduled.  Notice will be made when dates, times and locations have been finalized.
