FOR MMEDIATE RELEASE -- MARCH 11, 2009
JEFFERSON CITY—The City of Waynesville and Laclede Electric Cooperative have filed a joint application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission approval of an electric territorial agreement. The agreement, according to the application, designates the exclusive service territory for Laclede Electric Cooperative for one parcel of land in the City of Waynesville and for certain tracts of unincorporated land in Pulaski County.
The joint applicants state the territorial agreement applies to new structures and does not require the transfer of any facilities or customers. The applicants state the territorial agreement will prevent future duplication of electric service facilities and will allow customers to know with certainty the supplier of their electric service.

Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102. Copies of the application should be sent to: Ralph Muxlow II, 205 South Pine Street, P.O.
