JEFFERSON CITY---Kansas City Power & Light Company (KCPL) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a variance from a commission rule to allow it to delay the filing of a depreciation study, database and property unit catalog until the filing of its 2009 rate case associated with the anticipated completion of Iatan 2.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than February 22, 2008, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102. Copies of the application should be sent to: James M.
