PR-11-159 -- PSC SETS INTERVENTION DEADLINE IN AMEREN MISSOURI CASE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- APRIL 6, 2011

JEFFERSON CITY---Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission which contains the company’s second fuel adjustment clause true-up for the period of February 1, 2010 through January 31, 2011.

The PSC staff will analyze the information Ameren Missouri has submitted and is to make its recommendation to the Commission no later than May 1, 2011. The Commission must then act to approve, reject or suspend Ameren Missouri’s true-up filing by May 31, 2011.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than April 25, 2011, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102.

Ameren Missouri serves approximately 1.2 million electric customers in Missouri.
