PSC Sets Intervention Deadline In Missouri-American Water Case
JEFFERSON CITY---Missouri-American Water Company has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission authority to purchase the water and sewer systems serving an area known as the Anna Meadows Subdivision located in Lincoln County near Moscow Mills, Missouri. Missouri-American Water seeks to purchase the systems from the Anna Meadows Homeowners Association, LLC.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than August 28, 2014
, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov
