PSC Sets Intervention Deadline In Sewer Case
JEFFERSON CITY---Central Rivers Wastewater Utility, Inc. (Central Rivers) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission authority and a certificate of convenience and necessity to construct, own and operate a sewer system in Clinton County. The requested certificate of convenience and necessity would allow Central Rivers to provide sewer service to the Country Hills Estates Subdivision located near Cameron, Missouri.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than August 5, 2013, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s electronic filing and information service (EFIS).
