PSC Approves Agreement Reached In Rogue Creek Utilities, Inc. Rate Cases
JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission has approved an agreement which authorizes Rogue Creek Utilities, Inc., through its court-appointed receiver, Johansen Consulting Services, to increase annual water operating revenues by approximately $25,521 and annual sewer operating revenues by approximately $36,453 for service on and after March 1, 2014. The rate increases are designed to recover the company’s cost of service.
