PSC Approves Agreement In Water And Sewer Cases
JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission has approved an agreement which grants Cedar Green Land Acquisition, L.L.C. (Cedar Green) certificates of convenience and necessity to provide water and sewer service to the Cedar Green Luxury Condominiums in Camden County near Camdenton.
The agreement was submitted to the Commission by the company, the Office of the Public Counsel and the Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission. The Office of the Public Counsel is a separate state agency which represents the general public in cases before the Public Service Commission.
Under the agreement, residential customers will pay $80.37 per quarter for water service and $142.65 per quarter for sewer service.
“Cedar Green’s provision of water and sewer service to the service area described is in the public interest, and the Commission will grant the request for the certificates and approve the Agreement,” the Commission said.
