PSC to hold an additional local public hearing in the Missouri Gas Energy Rate Case
JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold an additional local public hearing in a natural gas rate case filed by Missouri Gas Energy, a division of Laclede Gas Company (MGE). A February 26, 2014 local public hearing will be held in Kansas City. The schedule for that hearing appears below.
February 26, 2014—Kansas City. Bruce R. Watkins Cultural Heritage Center Auditorium, 3700 Blue Parkway. A PSC staff public information/question and answer session starts at 1:00 p.m., with the taking of sworn statements to follow.
This local public hearing will be held in a facility that meets the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. On September 16, 2013, MGE filed a natural gas rate case with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a general rate increase of approximately $23.4 million. MGE serves approximately 500,000 natural gas customers in Missouri.
