PSC Modifies Hearing Schedule In Liberty Utilities Rate Case
JEFFERSON CITY---The Missouri Public Service Commission has modified the hearing schedule in a natural gas rate case filed by Liberty Utilities (Midstates Natural Gas) Corp. d/b/a Liberty Utilities.
Formal evidentiary hearings, originally scheduled for August 25-September 5, 2014, are now scheduled for September 8-12 and September 16-19, 2014. These hearings will be held in Room 310 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, in Jefferson City. The Governor Office Building meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act. On February 6, 2014, Liberty Utilities filed a natural gas rate case with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a general rate increase of approximately $6.3 million. Liberty Utilities serves approximately 56,000 natural gas customers in Missouri.
