PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Electric Territorial Agreement Case

JEFFERSON CITY---Howard Electric Cooperative and the City of Fayette, Missouri, have filed a joint application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking approval of an electric territorial agreement between the two electric service providers in a portion of Howard County, in and around Fayette, Missouri.

According to the application, the territorial agreement will allow Howard Electric Cooperative to provide electric service as specified in the agreement to new structures in one tract of land within Howard County. The applicants state the territorial agreement will not require the transfer of any customers.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than April 9, 2024, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0360, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.
