PSC Sets Intervention Deadline
JEFFERSON CITY---On November 20, 2012, the Public Service Commission Staff filed a motion with the Commission seeking to open an investigation into tariff sheets filed by Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri to implement its Voluntary Green Program/Pure Power Program. The tariff sheets were filed in relation to an agreement reached as part of a rate case filed by Ameren Missouri (ER-2012-0166). The tariff sheets bear an effective date of May 1, 2013..
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than January 2, 2013, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s electronic filing and information service (EFIS).
