Increase for Raccoon Creek Utility ) Case No.

Operating
Company, Inc. )
Issue Date: May 27, 2016 Effective
Date: May 27, 2016
On May 26, 2016, the Staff of the
Missouri Public Service Commission filed a Motion
for Extension. Staff seeks a 45-day extension to complete its initial audit
and investigation of the request by Raccoon Creek Utility Operating Company,
Inc. (“Raccoon Creek”) for an increase in annual sewer system revenues. Staff
states that due to the caseload of members assigned to this case, the initial
audit and investigation results will be unavailable until early June. Staff explains
that this will also impact additional deadlines established in the Small Utility Rate Case Timeline, filed
by Staff on February 9.
Staff indicates that Raccoon Creek
does not object to the extension. Commission rule 4 CSR 240-3.050(12) permits
an extension of the deadlines requested by Staff. Finding Staff’s request to be
reasonable, the Commission will grant the motion.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Staff shall provide the preliminary report
required by 4 CSR 240-3.050(9) to Raccoon Creek and the Office of the Public
Counsel no later than June 16, 2016.
2. The updated
Small Utility Rate Case Timeline submitted with Staff’s Motion for Extension is accepted.
3. This order shall be effective upon issuance.
