DEADLINE FOR FILING OBJECTION TO APPLICATION TO INTERVENE

On April 28, 2016, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR) filed an application to intervene in this complaint. The Commission will set a deadline for parties to file an objection to DNR’s application.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Objections to DNR’s application to intervene shall be filed no later than May 3, 2016.
2. This order shall be effective when issued.
