ORDER DIRECTING NOTICE AND SETTING DATES FOR FILING

 

Issue Date:  April 28, 2016                                                       Effective Date:  April 28, 2016

 

The Commission is directing notice of the pending tariff and application,[1] setting the time for Staff to file a recommendation and the filing of any reply to the recommendation, and setting a date for filing an application to intervene. [2]

 

            THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.        The Commission’s Data Center shall serve this notice and order on the county commission for each county in the service territory of Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri (“Ameren Missouri”).

2.        The Commission’s information officer shall make this notice and order available to the members of the Missouri General Assembly whose districts include any county in the service territory of Ameren Missouri, and to media serving any county in the service territory of Ameren Missouri.

3.        Any application for intervention shall be filed no later than May 12, 2016. Any such filing shall be delivered to:

or transmitted through the Commission’s electronic filing and information service.

4.        The Commission’s staff shall file a recommendation on the pending tariff no later than May 19, 2016.

5.        This order shall be effective when issued.
