STAFF’S MOTION
FOR AN
EXTENSION OF TIME

The Commission directed the Staff of the Commission to file a recommendation no later than November 27, 2015. Staff filed a motion to extend that time until December 11, 2015. Staff states that it just recently received information that is necessary for its investigation and, in light of the holiday, needs additional time to review the information and file its report.
The Commission has reviewed Staff’s request and will grant the requested relief.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The Staff of the Commission’s motion for an extension of time to file its recommendation, is granted.
2. Staff shall file its recommendation no later than December 11, 2015.
3. This order shall be effective when issued.
