ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR APPEARANCE PRO HAC VICE

The Missouri Public Service Commission is granting the motion for admission pro hac vice of Robert L. Daileader, Jr.[1] (“motion”).

The motion seeks an order granting leave to appear in this action. Such appearances constitute the practice of law,[2] which is subject to the exclusive governance of the Missouri Supreme Court,[3] and which the Commission polices[4] through its regulation 4 CSR 240-2.040(3)(C). That regulation tracks Missouri Supreme Court Rule 9.03. The motion meets the requirements of the rule and the regulation. Also, the motion shows compliance with Missouri Supreme Court Rule 6.01(m), which relates to the required admission fee.

Therefore, the Commission will grant the motion.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.          The Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Robert L. Daileader, Jr. is granted.

2.          Robert L. Daileader, Jr. is granted leave to appear pro hac vice.

3.          This order shall be effective when issued.
