On November 19, 2015, Neighbors United Against Ameren’s Power Line (“Neighbors United”) filed a Motion to Amend Procedural Schedule.  The Commission will order certain parties to respond, and permit other parties to respond if they wish.

 

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               Ameren Transmission Company of Illinois and the Staff of the Commission shall respond to the Motion to Amend Procedural Schedule no later than November 24, 2015.

2.               Any other party who wishes to respond shall do so no later than November 24, 2015.

3.               This order shall be effective when issued.
