ORDER
APPROVING COMPLIANCE TARIFF

On November 12, 2015, the Commission issued a Report and Order authorizing Laclede Gas Company (“Laclede”), to submit a tariff sheet to adjust its Infrastructure System Replacement Surcharge (“ISRS”). On November 13, Laclede filed a tariff sheet (Tariff No. YG-2016-0120) to comply with the Commission’s Report and Order. The tariff sheet lists December 13 as the effective date. Laclede requests the Commission approve a December 1 effective date for the ISRS tariff sheet. On November 16, the Commission’s Staff filed a recommendation stating that the rates in Laclede’s tariff sheet comply with those authorized in the Commission’s Report and Order. Staff recommended the Commission approve Laclede’s tariff sheet to go into effect on December 1. Since no objections were made to the tariff sheet, the Commission will approve Laclede’s compliance tariff sheet.
On November 17, the Commission issued an order setting a November 18 deadline for parties to file an objection to Laclede’s request for a December 1 effective date. No objections were received. Since December 1 coincides with the deadline for an effective date for a Commission order on Laclede’s application,[1] and no parties objected to the request for expedited treatment, the Commission finds good cause exists to allow Laclede’s compliance tariff to go into effect on December 1.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The following tariff filed on November 13, 2015, by Laclede Gas Company, and assigned Tariff No. YG-2016-0120, is approved to become effective on December 1, 2015:
