The
Commission is granting Motion to Order
Reporting (“motion”). The Director of the Manufactured Housing and Modular
Units Program and CMH Homes, Inc. (“movants”) filed the motion on October 7,
2015. The motion asks the Commission to
order the filing of a status report as to progress toward the objectives set
forth in the motion. The Commission will
grant the motion.
The Commission orders that:
1.
The
movants described in the body of this order shall file, jointly or separately,
a status report as described in the body of this order no later than November
5, 2015.
2.
This order shall be effective when issued.
