On June 30, 2015 the Commission issued an order setting a July 28 deadline for the Staff of the Commission to file a status update stating when it will file a recommendation on the application of Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CCN”) to construct and operate solar generation facilities in Montgomery County, Missouri.

On June 29, Staff filed its Status Update and Motion for Leave to File Out of Time. Staff states that it needs additional information, including Ameren Missouri’s response to data requests, before it can provide the Commission with a recommendation. Staff recommends the Commission set an August 31 deadline for a second status report. Staff also states that due to the press of other business, it requests the Commission grant its motion to file its status report one day out of time.

The Commission will grant Staff’s motion and set a deadline for the filing of a second status report.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               Staff’s motion for leave to file its status report one day out of time is granted.

2.               Staff shall file a report no later than August 31, 2015, stating a date certain by which it will file a recommendation on Ameren Missouri’s application.

3.               This order shall be effective when issued.
