ORDER DIRECTING FILING

Issue Date:  July 29, 2015                                          Effective Date:  July 29, 2015

Neighbors United Against Ameren’s Power Line has filed a proposed procedural schedule different from the schedule proposed by the other parties.  In its July 29, 2015 Agenda meeting, the Commission discussed those schedules, and is inclined to impose a compromise schedule between those proposed.

The Commission believes the parties still have time to arrive at agreed-upon schedule.  Thus, the Commission will encourage the parties to file such a schedule no later than August 3, 2015.  Failing that, the Commission will establish a procedural schedule of its own design at its August 5, 2015 Agenda meeting.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               The parties shall attempt to agree upon a procedural schedule and, if able to reach agreement, shall file such an agreement no later than August 3, 2015.

2.               This order shall be effective when issued.
