ORDER SETTING DEADLINE FOR OBJECTIONS TO

APPLICATION TO INTERVENE

On June 29, 2015, Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri filed an application with the Commission requesting a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity to operate solar generation facilities in Montgomery County, Missouri. The Commission issued an order setting a July 28 deadline for the filing of applications to intervene. On July 27, United For Missouri, Inc. (“UFM”) filed an application to intervene.

The Commission will set a deadline for the filing of objections to UFM’s application.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               Objections to UFM’s application to intervene shall be filed no later than August 4, 2015.

2.               This order shall be effective when issued.
