ORDER SCHEDULING A PROCEDURAL CONFERENCE

On June 1, 2015, the Staff of the Commission filed a complaint against Union Electric Company, d/b/a Ameren Missouri. Ameren Missouri filed a timely answer on July 2. The Commission now must determine how to proceed to consider Staff’s complaint.

To assist in that determination, the Commission will schedule a procedural conference at which the parties may discuss the establishment of a procedural schedule. The parties may also discuss discovery questions and any other matters that may arise.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. A procedural conference is scheduled for July 23, 2015, at 2:00 p.m., at the Commission’s office at the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, Jefferson City, Missouri, Room 305. This building meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act. 2. This order shall be effective when issued.
