On
May 20, 2015, the Staff of the Commission filed a complaint with the Missouri
Public Service Commission against Kansas City Power & Light Company
(KCP&L) and KCP&L Greater Missouri Operations Company (GMO), alleging
that KCP&L and GMO have improperly sold customer information to a third-party,
Allconnect, Inc. Later that day, Staff

list of the customer names and addresses that were provided to Allconnect, for
comparison with the Missouri No-Call List database. KCP&L and GMO’s answers to Staff’s
complaint are due by June 22, 2015. The
Commission will order that responses to Staff’s motion be filed on the same
date.
THE COMMISSION
ORDERS THAT:
1.
Any party wishing to respond to Staff’s
Motion to Send Names and Addresses to Attorney General’s Office for Comparison
with No-Call List Database shall do so no later than June 22, 2015.
2.
This order shall be effective when issued.
